The Future Land Use and Character map, adopted as part of the Envision Montgomery 2040 Comprehensive Plan, is a policy guide for the desired future land use and development character. It is not a zoning map and does not change the zoning of any properties. It is used as a tool to inform many future decisions including rezoning requests.
