Envision Montgomery 2040 is a fully transparent process and any presentations, reports, articles and other documents created throughout the planning process will be available here for download and review.

Now Available: The Community FactBook

A successful planning process starts with an in-depth analysis of community’s current conditions and trends within a broad range of topics. In the Envision Montgomery 2040 Factbook, the Planning Team has highlighted initial findings pertaining to demographic, economic and place-based information. Steering Committee Documents

A committee of 50 leaders from around the community will lead the Envision Montgomery 2040 process forward. This group was intentionally selected to represent the wide range of interests and backgrounds present in Montgomery today. Over the course of the project, the Steering Committee will reach out the public to elicit ideas, gather support, and discover new leadership to guide plan implementation.

Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Resource Center

Purpose: To provide an orientation of the planning process, gain initial insight on community opportunities, initiate the communication and outreach process, and establish next steps.

Purpose: Update the committee on the process including advances to the publicity and outreach campaigns, release the draft Community Factbook and share a selection of additional findings, share major themes from the 25 Listening & Learning conversations, and introduce major plan topics and share and discuss initial findings.
